The scope of treatment (procedure, medication, follow-up checks) is defined by the clinic in its written offer. Hotel and transfer are offered separately by the clinic — they are not part of our service, and all payments go directly to the clinic. We accompany you in German from enquiry to aftercare. Before you decide, you will see in writing what is included and what is not.

The duration depends on the number of grafts — usually 6 to 8 hours. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia; most patients describe pressure rather than pain. We are upfront about the uncomfortable moments, such as the anaesthetic injections.

The transplanted hairs shed first; the first new hairs usually appear after around three to four months. It generally takes twelve to eighteen months to reach the final result. How much of that becomes visible in your case depends on the donor area, the technique and the aftercare — any percentage would be guesswork, so we do not quote one. We accompany you throughout.

A hair transplant is a medical procedure — a blanket safety promise would not be serious. What we do instead: we assess the partner clinic against a fixed catalogue of questions — licensing, treating physician, procedures, hygiene, emergency plan — and visit it in person before we start. What the clinic cannot document in writing, we do not claim.

After your return you have a dedicated contact in Germany who accompanies you for 12 months — reachable by phone or e-mail. Important: medical questions or complications belong in a doctor's hands; we give you clear contact routes for that instead of treating you ourselves.

The choice between FUE, DHI and sapphire FUE depends on hair type, the extent of hair loss and the donor area. That decision is made by the treating physician after examination — we expressly do not advise on it. We explain the techniques neutrally so that you can ask the right questions during the consultation.

No, the hair transplant is an outpatient procedure. You can return to the hotel on the same day after the treatment. You should take it easy in the first few days, but you are not bedridden. After 2-3 days, you can fly back to Germany.

Generally no. Purely cosmetic procedures are usually not recognised by the German tax office as an extraordinary burden; the position may differ where there is a documented medical indication. This is a question for your tax adviser — we may not and do not want to answer it. You will of course receive the clinic’s invoices.

This is individual and depends on the extent of hair loss and the desired density; typical figures range between 2,000 and 5,000 grafts. Our hair analysis gives you a rough corridor free of charge so you can judge the scale. The binding figure is set by the clinic after the examination.

You receive the binding instructions for the time before and after the procedure from the clinic — including guidance on medication. Please never stop taking any medication on your own initiative, and always discuss changes with your doctor. We remind you of appointments and are there for organisational questions; we do not give medical instructions.
