How the money flows
Four stages. None of them hidden.

You make an enquiry
Via the hair analysis form or by phone. It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

We hand over to the consultation
Your details go to the consulting non-medical practitioner and — if you separately consent — to the partner clinic in Istanbul. We do not conduct the consultation ourselves.

You decide and pay the clinic directly
The clinic tells you the price after the analysis. Payments and deposits take place exclusively between you and the clinic — never through us.

The clinic pays us a fee
If a treatment goes ahead, we receive a fee from the clinic. You pay not one cent more than the clinic charges anyway.
Plainly: we only earn if you decide to go ahead. That is precisely why we will also tell you when a transplant would achieve little in your case. A recommendation you later regret costs us more than it brings in.
What we do — and what we expressly do not
This boundary is not fine print. It determines whom you should ask about what.
What we handle
- Take your enquiry and reply personally within 24 hours on working days.
- Arrange a consultation with the consulting non-medical practitioner.
- Support you in coordinating appointments with the clinic.
- Accompany you in German and Turkish — on site and after your return.
- Remain available for twelve months and forward your concerns to the clinic.
What we do not handle
- The treatment itself — that is performed exclusively by the clinic.
- Medical advice, diagnoses or assessment of healing progress.
- Recommendations on medication or supplementary treatments.
- Flights, hotels and transfers — you arrange these directly with the clinic.
- Payment processing. We accept no money for the treatment.
Why we do not call ourselves “independent”
Because we are not. We refer to a clinic that pays us a fee. Anyone who claims independence in that position is not telling the truth — and you would have every reason to disbelieve the rest as well.
What we offer instead is openness about exactly that fact. We do not refer to the highest bidder but to a single partner clinic whose documentation we check ourselves beforehand.
If you want a judgement nobody profits from, obtain a second medical opinion. That is not a rhetorical gesture — it is the sensible route, and we will not talk you out of it.

Every statement here can be checked. What we cannot document, we do not claim — even when it would sound good.
