What we are — and what we are not

We broker and accompany. We are not a clinic, not a hospital and not a medical practice. The procedure itself is performed exclusively by the partner clinic in Istanbul and the physicians working there.

We do not provide medical treatment, medical advice within the meaning of the German Non-Medical Practitioners Act, or legal services. Medical questions are answered exclusively by the treating professionals.

We are not a tour operator. Flights, hotels and transfers are not part of our contract and are arranged directly between you and the clinic or the respective providers.

We receive a fee from the partner clinic for successfully brokered treatments. Exactly how this works is set out openly and in full on the page “How we work”.

Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

No reference is made to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: the platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7(1) DDG for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
